Addison Institute of Healthcare Training is working to make its website, healthcare programs, and online learning experiences more accessible to people with disabilities. Some website features and learning materials may still need improvement.

Email info@addisoninstitute.org or call 862-260-3515. Include the page, program, form, video, document, or other barrier and the format or accommodation requested. You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis in a general website-support message. Avoid sending sensitive medical records via ordinary email.

Blind and low-vision access

Request readable text versions of documents, screen-reader-compatible materials, enlarged print, accessible forms, and descriptions of instructional visual content.

Deaf and hard-of-hearing access

Request captions or transcripts for instructional videos, text-based communication, or assistance arranging interpreting or live captioning for classes and meetings.

Keyboard and motor accessibility

Report controls or tasks that cannot be completed without a mouse, and request an equivalent accessible option for enrollment, lessons, assessments, or payments.

Report an accessibility problem

Send the affected link and a description of the barrier to info@addisoninstitute.org. We will review the issue and work to provide an accessible way to access the same information or service while corrections are made.

Our accessibility goal

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA through regular accessibility evaluation and remediation. This notice does not assert that all site functions are currently compliant.
